A repair works by injecting an acrylic resin into the area of damaged glass. When cured with the application of 365nm Ultra Violet light the repair will restore both strength and optical performance to the damaged area of glass.
A repair not only saves time and money, but saves on windscreen manufacture, therefore reducing the carbon footprint of the industry. We only carry out windscreens repairs in accordance with the Code of Practice outlined in BS AU 242a, 1998 and the ESPRIT kits conform to the specifications of BS AU 251,1994.
