AAA Mobile Windscreens provides transparent Armour with high level protection without compromising visibility. We supply and fit security glazing to the Cash-in-Transit sector, the Defence Forces (at home and abroad) and the Garda Síochána ranging from the anti-bandit glass for the lower threat to bullet resistant glass for the most severe ballistic threat. AAA Mobile windscreens can source the desired screens for your vehicles, including tints, screen printing, heated glass, solar control and flat or curved screens.
We can provide our customers with security glazing ranging from the lesser anti-bandit threat to the more severe ballistic threat and provide a comprehensive range of products to comply with worldwide safety and security standards.
AAA Mobile Windscreens source and fit Anti-Bandit and Bullet Resistance Glass that is permitted to carry an E- mark and conforms to European Safety Standard - ECE R43.
Safety Film
We use clear safety and security film, 100–300-micron internal film and up to 175-micron external film, all supplied by Opalux (certified to EN 12600 Class 1B1) which provides protection against the vandalism of glass through graffiti such as the etching or scratching of glass. The film is scratch resistant, screens out harmful UV rays and is of high optical quality.
Safety and security window films are designed to make glass safer, both by strengthening it against breakage and helping to hold shards of shattered glass where breakage does occur.
For scratch repair we use tools supplied by C.R Lawrence the glass industry’s leading equipment specialists who demand the highest standards from their suppliers.
For film cure we use 10% Isopropyl alcohol to enhance adhesion and ease of fitment. Removal of film is carried out by using an in-house solution.
We count among our customers Dublin Bus and Garda Síochána vehicles. This security film is also available for all private vehicles.
